Slide Pops

I have a 315 and the slide with the recliners pops when it is about fully open I have had it at the shop 5 times for this and they lube it and after 2 or 3 times it does it again I think the top is hitting the sidewall but not sure anyone else have this issue?

We recently purchased a 315RST and while we are not experiencing the problem you described I'm still interested in the solution......just in case.

It does sound like your dealer doesn't really know how to fix the problem. Rather than just lube the slide, I would think it would need some sort of adjustment.
Is there another RV service in your area you could use?

You might also try contacting PT and seeing if they can help.......Prime Time Contact Us

Keep us updated.

The next closest dealer is 1 1/2 hours away. I have contacted PT in the past but the dealer didn't listen to what they said and being warranty work I am kinda screwed

Get tape measure out and measure your clearances all round. I bet it is out of adjustment. It can be adjusted in all directions.

I understand. My dealer is about the same distance away. Still, to me it would be worth it if they fix the problem correctly.
You should contact PT though. They may authorize someone closer to you such as a non-PT dealer or an RV service center to do the work.....maybe even a mobile service.
