Its back at the factory.

Just called the dealer and my Tracer was picked up 11/21 to go to factory for repairs. Slide was the original problem but after the dealer installed some bigger rubber blocks I got 4 seams humped up pretty bad over the top of the slide, I and the dealer think it is delamination. Not saying the rubber blocks caused this but that is when it started. I am really hoping for a good outcome on this, we really like our Tracer. I guess we were just one of the unlucky ones who has some problems. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Just thought I would update my post.

WV,

What was the final outcome for the fix? My 3150 BHD is now doing the same, struggles when bringing it in, then pops, the comes in. But recently, it's been stalling just before it lifts out of that "pocket". We bought a new battery, and that helped bring it in, but curious what was done by Norco and PT. We have a 2012 Tracer 3150 BHD Executive Series, and really enjoy it. Hope you read this and update the results to your fix.
Thanks, Joe

Have you treated your wiper and seals?

Not certain what the wipers are or where they are located. Please let me know.

The black seals that go around the perimeter of the slide outs are in great shape though. I think part of my problem was that the terminals were not properly tightened at the battery. =-/ I didn't notice that till the other day....

Sounds like the black seals are all good lubed. Sometimes if not treated they can cause excessive drag and jerky slide operation. I use 303 aerospace on them. Baby powder works too.
The tracer is also cable driven on the slide-outs and need adjusting at times.
My old tracer (2013 2670bhs) had the tips of screws from the dinette going thru the bottom of the slide out. The screws would catch on the wear bar causing the slide to jerk and POP. Ever notice little black fragments on the floor? On mine that was pieces of my wear bar being torn up by the screw tips.

Have you tried your slide since you tighten your battery cable?

Mine went back to factory 2 separate times, both times slide was worked on. First time they told me they installed a new roller. Seemed to stop the loud pop when u first started bring in slide. However the cables were dropping on one side when it came back. When it was at factory the second time they were supposed to address the loose cables but when I got it back they were no better than before. Now it pops and strains and jumps up and down something terrible when I bring in slide. Last time I thought it was not going to come up and start in but finally lunged and worked. Every time we go camping I WORRY WILL THAT SLIDE COME IN!!! Seen some new Tracers on lot and I think they have stopped using that cable slide system. Wish I had bought the Rockwood instead of the Tracer. Hope u get your problems worked out.
