Slide Question on 301RLS

This is the first TT I've owned with a large slide. Is the alignment of the slide flange to trailer side wall proper? When the slide is extended the inside flange is parallel to the inside wall but the slide floor has a slight port list. When the slide is retracted the upper flange contacts the trailer and the room will lift until it's sealed on the top and sides. Thanks for your help

I don't have that TT, but that sure doesn't look right to me. Do you push the retract switch until you hear a ratcheting sound (if electric)? Has it been like that since you bought it?

The picture is before the slide was totally retracted. It will retract until flush with the side of the trailer. We bought the trailer new about 5 weeks ago and was like this when we did the orientation on the dealers lot... but I was inside the unit when the slide was closed.
