Slider roller cracked?

So this happened last night... What do y'all think happened? I've got an appointment next weekend at dealer to have it looked at.

looks like flexing of the slide caused it to crack and brake, I would stop drill the crack as an interim fix to stop further damage prior to going to the dealer.

Looks to me like one of those newer style wear strips pt uses. Narrower, thinner and more flimsy.
Did something get caught between slide and floor?

Not that I could see or find. I reached under the slide as far as I could but couldn't feel anything. When I slid the slide back in it didnt make any unusual noises or pops. It's at the dealer now. I'll let you know what they find.

Dealer just called me back and said that nothing is wrong with my slide.... I'm 2 seconds from blowing a gasket. How is there nothing wrong with it when there is a 3 inch piece of the guide missing!?!? Should I contact Prime Time directly?

I called Prime Time directly and talked to Nesa Wilson. She was a pleasure to deal with. She told me that my repairs we approved not denied. She called my dealer to confirm. Must have been a mix up in communication with everyone. Glad that's all straightened out. If any of y'all ever have any problems call Nesa!

I always had a pleasurable experience with PT both on the phone and in person at the factory offices.

Sounds more like the dealer not wanting to do the work & blaming it on warranty denial. The dealer would rather work on a unit at full labor rate than do warranty work on a unit at a contractually reduced labor rate, especially if it's a labor intensive operation like removing a slide to repair a roller assembly.

If the dealer said there is nothing wrong with the slide, just what are they going to fix?
