Squeaky entrance door

Picked up our 2014 crusader 295rst te last Friday after a few days the entrance door started to squeak it's on level front and back and side to side. Does anyone have a remedy for this?

My 290RLT did the same thing. Sprayed the hinges with silicone lubricant to solve problem.
