stabilizer jack issue

just wondering if anyone has had trouble with stabilizer jacks. this past weekend went camping and noticed when putting front jacks down that it was not going down straight but going down at an angle towards the front of the camper. upon inspection i noticed that there was a bolt holding up the belly board that was under the mounting bracket, which caused the bracket, where it mounts to the frame, to break at one of the additional holes pre-cut for different mounting locations. i took the bracket off and removed the bolt for the belly board, but with the bracket for the stabilizer jacks broken, it now does not go down straight and the bracket is actually bending at that break. i will try to post pictures once off of work, but just trying to get a feel before i contact prime time. thanks for any input. lacrosse 296 bhs with lippert electric stabilizer jacks.

I would like information on this too. I just picked up our new Shamrock 233s and have issues with the stabiizer jacks "leaning". I am not sure why they would not have put them directly on the frame.

I have a 3150BHS, the left rear jack bent (almost in half, still worked but was sketchy). I had my local dealership contact Prime Time and they took care of it at no cost to me.
