Probably but may depend on the dealer but most starter kits are not worth having....The last one we told the dealer he could keep it as we would not use it............

The 'starter kits' are supplied by the dealer as a gesture of goodwill. They are usually crap and as the OP stated, he got a $50 credit towards their store. That's a much better choice.

those are a dealer item and are usually a giveaway for the extra money they got out of you.
not all dealers supply them and they are usually the cheapest out there.

much better to simply stop by Walmart's RV section and you'll get most of what you need there.
