Swift Hitch

I'm eyeing up one of these portable backup cameras:

Anybody have one already and an opinion?

I have the camera. I used it when I had a tongue pull. The first one I had did malfunction and had to be replaced. The replacement does get a lot of interference. There is a differant brand that look very similar, may be worth checking into as a more dependable option. I will try to find a link and post.

I use one for hooking up trailer by myself and is money well spent. Also can be used for other applications if required.

Never used a camera, always used a permanently mounted mirror for the tongue trailers and even converted the mirror to mount on the 5th wheel pin box. After hooking up several times, don't even use the pin box mirror.

I just bought a wireless camera made by Master Lock. 3 1/2 color display.
Display plugs into accessory outlet in cab and camera plugs into trailer outlet.
Range about 120 feet. I plan to put it on the back of my fifth wheel bumper to assist backing into spot.
Go to Amazon and search for Master lock camera. Works great.
