Why not just park out in front of the dealership with a sign that invites people to look at how they butchered your camper? That should get some attention. Why give another leach, er lawyer, a bunch of money for nothing?
I wonder how any dealer could destroy a brand new camper, and think that was doing a good job? These guys should be put out of business. And why is Prime Time sending campers to an outfit like this?

Well I bit the bullet and took the camper back to Mcclains this morning. Had the service manager and the shop foreman come out and get in the trailer with me and explain how my camper is "fixed" and it could be delivered to me like that. They didn't have much to say other than sorry. They are standing by the story that Schwentek and Prime Time advised them to "shim" out the motor like that. They are saying this is the first slide like this they have ever worked on. So they turned to Prime Time and the mfg of the slide for advise. As far as the gasket on the bottom of the slide and the day light showing thru where they added the shim. They took total responsiblity for it and said it should have never happened. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Also talked to Prime Time again today and experesed my great desire for them to extend my warranty on all things related to that slide and water damage around the slide.. They are seeing what they can do.. I really hope they come thru. It sure would be nice for someone to step up to the plate and do what is right here.

I hate to here this story. No matter how much a dealer screws up it is almost impossible to get them to admit it so it throws some major stress on the buyer that don't need to be there. This is alot of what's wrong with the world now days. Companies are forced to hire less than qualified people at less pay and the consumer is the one that pays.

I hope all this goes your way.

I would disagree that companies are forced to hire less qualified. They DO hire less qualified so that they can pay less.
