Thoughts on extra stabilization- trailer is a rockin'!

Just spent our first weekend out in our 2014 Avenger 32BHS. We use BAL x chocks. TT sits very steady when we are all together in living and dining area, but has LOTS of movement when we are in front bedroom and two kids are in bunkhouse. We don't have rambunctious kids. Seems like we are just feeling every little thing. Thoughts on extra stabilization? We've seen stabilizers for the slide outs. Wondering if that is what is needed.

JT Strongarm type stabilizers either store bought or homemade across the front and on the rear help tremendously as do jacks in front of the axles.

Love my JB stabilizers. and I'm going for a couple of bottle jacks under the midsection to keep the bounce down.

I've got the same thing with my boys in our bunkhouse. In reading up on this recently, most people recommend JT's system or the Steadyfast system. The Steadyfast is faster to setup at the campground and looks to be a faster install.

Wink

we had the exact propblem when we were younger seems to have gotten a lot better now that we are older. but in the mean time the JT STRONGARMS ARE THE BEST SETUP I HAVE SEEN AND CAN BE HAD FOR LESS THAN $ 300.00 BUCKS. BEFOR I GOT THEM ON OUR 5ER I USED A 2" RATCHET STRAP SECURED ONE END AS HIGH ON ONE SIDE OF THE LANDING GEAR AS POSSABLE AND THE OTHER END ON THE OTHER LANDING GEAR AS CLOSE TO GROUND LEVEL AS POSSABLE AND TIGHTENED IT TO PULL THE EXCESS MOTION OUT OF THE LANDING GEAR . WORKS BETTER THAN NO STABELIZERS AT ALL

I just pick up this off amazon. I use them behind the axles. First try worked great, no shaking.
