TPO Roof

We purchased a new Avenger ATI trailer and it has a TPO roof. Any advice on what is the best way to clean and maintain this type of roof?

From what I understand, Dawn dish soap works best, with a soft scrubber brush.

my wife got a bissell spinwave thing. I'm tempted to try it out on the roof (the pads aren't abrasive at all, softer than a brush).

That would be an interesting idea! That may revolutionize cleaning that roof

Lots of recommendations for using Dawn. However, Dawn is really bad for the sides of your rig - it will strip your wax job and possibly leave streak lines. Saw one thread that suggested taping some cheap plastic drop cloths to the sides to keep them dry. At a minimum, keep rinsing the sides well as you go.
