I really like my Equalizer. It has worked great. Although, I would recommend that you have a power tongue jack if you are going with the Equalizer. It will make hook-up much easier. The Lacrosse tows very nicely. It is well balanced and the larger distance between trailer axles makes a difference as well. I would assume similar results with the 3150. I heard the same concerns on other forums about my wheelbase, tow rating, and length and weight of the trailer that you receiving. To date, I have logged about 750 miles. Pulled Sideling Hill Mountain and the Hopewell Mountain (part of the Appalachians), crossed large bridges with strong crosswinds, and passed and was passed by semi's with very little issue...certainly not any white knuckle variety. Many people are happy with the Reese Dual Cam system as well. Some people love more expensive system like the Hensley. My neighber bought a Blue Ox last year and has had nothing but problems with it.
