Tracer vs Lacrosse

My brother is looking at trading his r-pod for something bigger. He is looking at the Tracer 2900 bhs and the Lacrosse 265 bhs. Any advice or opinions on the models. He is already set on getting a PT unit. Thanks all.

The 2 PT lines have the same basic construction.
The differences are, the Tracer has similar floorplans but is a few feet shorter, has less windows, less cabinets, different slide mechanisms and I'm sure there are a couple of other things that I can't think of right now.
So the Tracer is lighter and cost less than the LaCrosse. It all depends on your brother's needs and what he is willing to pay for one.
Either way he'll be getting a great trailer and free membership as a PT Crew Member!

We will let him dangle a bit on the hand shake. This is an elite club. He has to earn his way in.

On a serious note. How are the slide mechanisms different? Are the Tracer's not as beefy?

The only thing I really know is that they are different. Try contacting PT and see what they say.

Took me 3 months to perfect the handshake. You guys sure don't make it easy to get in.

It does take awhile to get it down. At first I didn't think I had enough fingers to do it properly!
