Traded In 2013 Crusader
Hello new friends,
I traded in our new Crusader today. This forum is for Forest River people so I may leave or just not post questions specific to our 2014 model. I'm still towing a 5ER!!
You're all great peeps and so eager to help!
A wealth of RV information here for newcomers and I imagine the seasoned RV owners too.
Warmest regards,
Midwestgirl

Well jeez, don't leave us hangin'! What did you get? And, even non-Forest River, we still love pictures...

A couple of original owners from Keystone started a new company GRAND DESIGN a year ago.
The reviews have been good.
I bought a 2014 Reflection 303RLS

There's no need to leave. A lot of the components in RV's are shared by all of them (ie A/C, furnaces, fridges, water heater, slide mechanisms, levelers/jacks, ovens, electronics, frames, converters, etc).
Being a brand new company, they may not have as many experienced owners yet to share their wisdom on the particular models.
Of course, we may have to double your membership fee, being a non-FR owner.

Congrats on the camper. When I googled Grand Design, I saw that there's a owner's forum for them...you may want to check that out for specific info unique to them.

Congratulations. Looks real nice and reminds me of my Surveyor quite a bit. Enjoy and come back for a visit once and a while.

I did see that forum and will join. I like the friends here, too! Thanks everyone, picking the Reflection up on Monday. Wishing everyone a lovely winter season in or away from the snow. I'm missing snow right now! MinneSNOWta is being blanketed by Mother Nature right now!

Hi Midwest girl, congrats on the new rig. Just curious why you traded in your crusader. I thought I saw another post where you just got that this year of sept?? Why so soon? I just ordered a new crusader and am curious, thanks!

The dealer where I bought my LaCrosse also sells Grand Design. They felt like great rigs. We came very close to doing what you did, but decided to wait.
Enjoy!

Traded our 2012 325 Crusader for a new 2014 325 Crusader. New floor plan, new upgraded furniture, leds, bigger shower and heavier axles for more carrying capacity. We really like the Crusader and our dealer.
