U-dinette luan plywood

Did anyone else have problems with the 1/8inch luan plywood used on the seats of the u-dinette breaking? My daughter put a knee on one a broke through. Off to Lowes or Home Depot to replace all of the pieces with 1/4 to 3/8 plywood. Anyone else have this problem?

Not yet, but it is just a matter of time I am sure.
These are "Ultra-lites" though and they have to cut weight somewhere.
Frame, cabinets, walls and roof; why not dinette lids?

I've heard a crack twice.. No breakthrough yet...

It's on my list of things to upgrade..

I was wondering about the life span of the plywood for the dinette seats myself since the day I saw what they were made of. No problems yet, but easy enough to fix looks like. My younger brother stayed with us one night and slept on it this past weekend while we were camping at Lake O' The Pines and I figured if anyone could break it, he would. Nothing happened and I was suprised. He is 6'6" and weighs around 375. Notice I didn't call him my little brother.

Took the pieces to Home Depot and they cut the three pieces of thicker plywood to fit for free. $16 later it is fixed. Sleeping on the dinette was not the problem. My daughter was doing something and put a knee on one of them and broke through. Should be good to go now.

Not yet and I'm pretty surprised after our last trip. Over the Independence Day weekend we were sleeping 11 in our TT and a group was constantly sitting/sleeping there.

Well, I found out why my Black water tank was filling up so fast.....The sink on the outside kitchen drains into the Black Water and not Gray. I found this out when my Black tank filled and my outside sink would not drain. I thought I had a clog. Opened the Black tank and voila....down the sink drained. I would recommend that PT put a goose neck faucet on the outside kitchen with a wider sink. Washing pots and pans is darn near impossible or at least very very difficult.
