Heres mine currently im just under 20” if I measure between the wheels like you did but im not level right now

Got level as I could did some measurements 19 1/2 between tires to the plastic 22.5 in front of the wheels roughly 10.5” to my stair mount

Well not sure how yours is so different but i only gained 1/2-3/4” of height im now roughly 20 1/4 between tires vs 19.5 i was before. Hard to get very accurate as im on gravel and i did move the trailer. I was really hoping for close to that 2 “ gain
