Great to see PT responding quickly to your inquiry. Keep us posted on what happens. If structural modifications are required it should go back to the factory rather than letting the dealer try it.

I just called the dealer to tell them I will be bringing it in Saturday morning for them to look at.

Update-----I carried the trailer by the dealer on Jul 26 as suggested by Forest River. The guy at the dealer would not even look at the roof, but instead said it was "normal". I asked him to send a note to Forest River telling them his findings(they asked for a report from the dealership in their email to me) and for Forest River to contact me. I haven't heard from them so I wrote them a note today letting them know that their dealerships consider poor quality in their construstion to be "normal".
