Yes, we had good insurance, they ended up leveling the house and built us a new one. Even paid for a motel for 2 days and rent on a house til ours was rebuilt. Notice TOTAL absence of trees in the yard.
BTW, the popup camper on the El Camino is also "homemade" with pneumatic cylinders to lift the 16 ga alum. top.

Here is a picture of what I saw when I went to uncover the camper. Somebody through a railroad rock. Got a new window coming this week.

cebaker.. that stuff really *%&# me off, but when your at the mecy at mother nature you have to deal with it. Being fulltimers it's hard to cope with the down time and finding something else to live in. I need for RVguy to chime in and give me a hand on what to look forward to..
