Have not picked up the LaCrosse 303rks yet, so we are sitting here wondering and dreaming about lots of things with it. We did'nt spend much time looking at it when we were at the dealer since it wasn't quite what we thought we wanted at the time, so a lot of things are left to our imagination. We were wondering since it has the wide axle spacing if it needed something different than the standard BAL screw x-chocks? Mrs. Wildwood was wondering what brand and cubic foot model refrigerator is installed in it.

The standard LaCrosse model has a Dometic 6' refer.

The Bal-extened X-chocks will work well with your 303. There are other 303 owners on this forum that also use this style of chock. If you do purchase them, be sure to get the “Extended” model.

CAUTION!!! The extended model BAL X-chocks come with a healthy price tag. If I remember correctly, I purchased mine on ebay and paid $156 (including shipping) for a set of 2.



You'll also need some type of regular wheel chock to use when you're hitching/un-hitching and leveling the tt. You install the X-chocks only after your are set up and uninstall before you hitch up. This allows what little wheel movement that is needed when raising/lowering the tt's tongue.

I would also carry a pair (2) regular chocks that you lay on the ground so that you can setup the camper and then install the X chocks - reason I say this I went to a site that put me on a slight incline and had the camper shift when un-hooking
If I didnt have the regular chocks not sure what would have happened - It was the only site left in the park so I had no choice of space.

on the refridge? Dometic and as BIG as you can get! You can NEVER have too big of a refrigerator!

We use the Ultimate tire chock... works well. Got ours on eay for a lot less $$$$!

How wide do those go? The standard X-chocks won't work with the E-Z Tow axle setup.

In my opinion the best chocks are the rotochoks. They indicated they have plans to make them for the wider spaced axles. Cost little more than the xchocks, but are a better, more secure product.
