And the s"mores were delicious!!! Thanks so much for the fire and the s'mores. I love sitting around a campfire with friends. That's my favorite part of RVing.

At home we use it on a wooden deck setting on a fireproof and heat protected platform.

I am pretty handy with a set of tools! I'll need some ball bearings, wire, and some 30wt oil.

We have the same one. I am thinking about getting the lil grill attachment too. We have been to a few CG's that won't allow a propane fire BUT will allow a propane grill. Kinda dumb but adding the grill attachment makes the exact same thing legal! LOL

It looks as if the question has been answered. Last year we used a fire dish to have a wood-burning fire on the night after the rally. There were about 30-40 people staying over who joined us.

No ground fires are allowed.

So are wood fires in an above ground fire dish legal during the rally? Or just the propane ones?

Keep in mind that depending on where you are in the campground, your neighbors awning might be too close for a wood fire. Sparks in the awning aren't cute.
