I also met Herk in person today. It was kind of like meeting some sort of RV rock star.

Ya'll are assets to the forum. I can't think of 1 person who hasn't helped us in one way or another. OC, Herk, Timmy, turbs, rvc/Kenny, dnd, youroo, oakman, bobfidy, bob, the many folks at primetime. The list is ridiculously long I can only begin to name. At any rate, be safe support each other and have a safe and relaxing event. Wish we could be there but flying from Chicago to Utah to sell our products and services took precedence on this trip. Good luck to you all and i hope your week be filled with excitement and everlasting friendships!

Ran the numbers when I woke up at 4AM from the rain.

Assuming you get a 100 year loan at 9% your monthly payment would be $4,898.13 a month on that motor home you were looking at ($653,000)

The good news is if you rounded the payment to $5,000 per month, you would save $36,673.20 in interest.

OBTW, total interest paid would be $1,612,355.97

Aww come-on now. I've met Herk and have talked to him on a few different occasions and he just like the rest of us..he puts his pants on just like all of us, one leg at a time and he does have hair to comb..that is a little different then most of us. It's not our fault that he's a walking encyclopedia..
Naa he is Herk and a super nice guy, if you haven't met him yet, look him up. I think the guy has answered many questions for most of us.
Thanks Lou (Herk) for being you.

Yesterday was a hoot, here at the rally. Having the head guy of Sierra and Lippert out this morning to look at axles and alignment of my rig. Lippert offered free alignments as you entered, and found that trailer was off an inch. The Sierra rep looked at springs and didn't like what he was seeing. Looking forward to what their solution may be. The service guys have been great here and have even got me parts for a mod I'm doing to the camper!!!
