Yes you go thru the fairgrounds, we stayed late and stayed in the same sight not sure about early with not knowing your site for the rally.
No on golf cart rentals this year but they did have shuttles to get you around for the dinners plus always seemed to be some running all day long for activities.
The rally was a great time and we already planed to return next year, sounds like it will get bigger each year.

{sarcasm on} RVChick, that much have been when the guys were out searching for my missing golf cart. They'll be glad to know that it finally made its way back to our site. {sarcasm off}

One one of our first updates we mentioned that golf carts were available through a local company, but somewhat pricey. The fairground itself doesn't have any available. We'll do some shopping around for other sources for next year.

As for pictures, I'd love to have some to post on the website and on the Facebook page (keeping in mind that they need to be family-friendly ), and have been surprised not to see more on here. Maybe a separate thread for photos?

If you have some you're willing to share, you can e-mail them to frog@forestriverinc.com. Thanks!

Enjoy Letchworth!!! I luckily live just 1.5 hours away and we do it in the fall when the leaves are changing. Take lots of photos as it really is the Grand canyon of the east. Lots of hiking can be done, see the railroad tressel, upper and lower falls, be careful at night on all roads. The deer come out in force at the archery field, normally 40-50+ not uncommon. The a lot of "straglers" around the roadways to the A and B cabins.A word of advice if you can do it, go in the Perry Entrance route 246. If you come thru the park from the bottom you'll hit a wicked and tight "s" turn called table rock, been the down fall of quite a few campers. Coming from the top at Mount Morris is long and slow due to park speed limits.. But enjoy it is a beautiful park and one of my favorites..

Sorry Bob. We seldom take a camera as we prefer to remember things the way we saw them. When we get older we won't remember what they are pictures of anyway. Ginger did take a couple of Carson at the R.V. Hall of Fame and I will see if I can get hold of them. I know a lot of people didn't post at the rally as the wi-fi was quite slow from such high usage. Mr. Bob did talk about starting a separate thread for pictures from the rally with his photos but I haven't seen it just yet. Old Guys (Brian and Joanne)

Step support

Hello Coot, enjoyed meeting you at the FROG, sorry we could not get together on the step support. Since you have seen what I have on the Crusader, would you want to take a whack at the step support for me?

Management made the decision to not have the raffle and just sell the poles outright. I guess the raffle was too much trouble for their lazy staff or IMO just incompetent.

As you know, I did not get any dimensions of the offset design or the size of the tube. Need dimensions and then I can fab something. If you email me a drawing of the tube with the flats dimensioned I will start fabrication when I get home in mid Sep. Also need the dimension of the tube to the ground when the trailer is level.

Home

So, where did you get off too after leaving Goshen? DW and I headed down to Nolin Lake State Park at Mammoth Caves. What a great surprise and how quiet it was after surviving Goshen's train whistles all week long. We had a great there as we stayed Sat., Sun and Monday night, would go back again any time.
Will get this information to you by the time you get home...send me your home address and I will mail a hard copy to you..
take care, enjoyed meeting you...
kickster
ps: FR fixed almost all our coach problems, even down to the Crusader decal on the nose.

Bob we had a great time at the Rally!!!! We thank you and Cindy!!

There were some pictures of your Missing Golf taken over at the NE corner of the outside the race track. I plead the 5th on who drove it to that area.
RVChick had nothing to do with the Cart being in the area of the race track.

Loved the sound of the train whistle, missed the clack clack of the wheels going over the rail joints since all joints are welded now, also miss the fog whistles as the ships go by. Thank you Bob & Cindy for making the rally so much fun, & a big thanks to the tecks for all the work they done. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year, God willing, maybe they will get rid of the welded rail, then you will have music to sleep by.

that's right
Several cases of 5ths were more than likely used in the payoffs?
