It really was a two-part question: likelihood and process possibilities. You guys have answered both. Thanks!

There's not much parking available by the dining room, vendor, concert, and RV display, so I'd really discourage trying to get around too much is cars.

Bob; Turbs says he isn't coming so Golf Carts should be safe!!!

Do you know if Primetime people will be there in case of repairs or else?

Can't believe a Prime Time unit would need any repairers?

I think I remember seeing their logo in the service centre. Not 100% though since I was only dealing with the Flagstaff/Rockwood people.
Don't see any reason why they couldn't have representation though.

Hi Jerry,
The Rally is actually August 9-15 (Sunday-Friday), depart on Saturday.
(Early arrival & late departures are available for an additional fee paid direct to the fairground)
A schedule of events will be published closer to the Rally.
In the past a typical day would consist of Breakfast at the pavilion, vendor demos, seminars on various aspects of the RV lifestyle, a resale area, and factory tours of the various Forest River RV brands.
In addition, a local tour (for an additional fee) is offered every day--sign up NOW if you want to go on one of these because they sell out early.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

Since we used an online registration system this year, some people became a little confused and decided to start over. If you go back to the FROG website and start over, you create a second registration. So far the record is nine for one couple.
I've been going through every registration and every order with a fine tooth come to eliminate duplicates, make sure that no one selected a quantity of "2" for Two Adults in an RV, which would have resulted in a double payment, and other anomalies. Some people selected tours and put them in the cart, then later realized that they hadn't selected a Rally registration.
In the meantime, several people have called or e-mailed to say that they'd seen a charge on their credit cards that have now disappeared. Here's what's actually happening:
When, you registered, there was a "block" put on your card for the amount of your registration to ensure that there's room on the card. Some of those have now expired, but I'm still able to submit the order for payment. I've gotten through 200+ orders, and hope to be caught up by Saturday on about 400 more. Some of these are multiple orders, with separate orders for the Rally and tours. You'll get a paid invoice by e-mail when the payment goes through.

If you need to add something to your order (tours, the basic registration, or whatever), please DON'T go to the FROG website and re-register.
Go to www.frogrally.com and enter the e-mail address and password that you used when you registered. Don't add items that you've already purchased, but you can add additional tours (if there's room) or basic registration if you missed putting that in your cart.

Bob
I received my email shortly after registering confirming my purchase but it has not shown up on my credit card yet. Is it just waiting for your ok before it hits the credit card company?

Frog Bob, I would like to thank you for all your hard work, in setting up this rally and making sure that all of us are taken care of. I can't image all the hours that you have put in checking all the registrations to see that we marked the right boxes, so we will have a place to camp, and go on outings that we want as well. Thank You
