Want to shout out to the world about FR service at Goshen. WOW! WOW! WOW,
We have had as many as 7 crew members working on our TT at one time today! The biggest job was placing spacers under the frame to raise the TT up off of the axels by 2" so that the tires quit dragging in the wells. They did it right here in the dirt.
We have a new shower pan (that was going to be a 2 day job for me, less than 2 hours for these guys), new kitchen faucet, 2 sets of stabilizers, day/night shades, adjustments and new seals on slides, adjustments to both awnings, steps were repaired and more!
DOES THAT SOUND LIKE THEY WOULD FIX ONLY 5 ITEMS?
Whoever says FR does not care about these RV's being right is WRONG.
Have heard several other raves regarding service.
THANK YOU to the work crews......and their supervisors. Thank you Forest River.
Travel safe

I'm just up the hill from you and across the driveway. I watched some of the work on your unit this morning and I agree with your assessment. I've had a couple of issues corrected with a promise to return tomorrow with more parts.
