Don't know if it has been posted here yet, but the service request form is now on the FROG Web site.
I included a copy here:

How late? Parking in the dark is NO FUN.
Hard enough to park you folks in daylight!
If it will be much after dinnertime (7:30 at the latest to allow us to get you settled in daylight); I suggest you stop within an hour or so (Middlebury KOA comes to mind Elkhart Co. / Middlebury Exit KOA | Camping in Indiana | KOA Campgrounds or South Bend / Elkhart North KOA | Camping in Indiana | KOA Campgrounds) and come in Sunday early if you can't make that.

I put my foot down and instructed my wife to take an extra day off work. We going to show up on Friday, the 7th. As I understand it, I need to call the campground and make arrangements with them for the extra nights...correct?

Yes that is correct they will not assign you a spot you will be taken to the spot they have for you at the rally and then just pay sometime before you leave, it's as easy as that.

I think it is interesting that on the service request form under Description of Service Issue it says “Up to 5 Items.” I guess Forest River is going to limit the amount of work done on each RV this year. I’m guessing this is probably due to the huge number of RVs expected this year. Or perhaps it’s to keep someone from bringing in a 15 year old rig and expecting Forest River to rebuild it for them.

Oakman, I think Bob wrote, that is not for maintenance Items that is the owners responsibility. I have been a witness to it that people will expect that. Being the folks they are they did it for past three years. Such as caulking, and brake adjustments, unless the brakes have a problem or something broken. Changing light bulbs and things like that. And I also think it is the latter that you said. It will be a zoo but I'm sure everyone will leave happy or it will be there fault, not FR....

Just imagine the scope of the operation if everyone expected a camper rebuild on 750 campers in 6 days...
I think every employee will be at the rally as it is...

It can't be every employee, after all, Bob needs somebody to make it look like their working during the factory tours.
Though I wouldn't be surprised if the plants only ran on tour days and the rest of the time they were at the rally.

It was my understanding that each division ask for volunteers to work at the rally. Some say NO and others can't wait. I remember the first one I attended they couldn't get any from the CC div. But Thursday before it ended Saturday They had everyone and there Mother out there and got all the CC taken care of. They always refuse tips for there service, but so that the new people know that they have a place that you can put your tip in a jar and then they all split it up.....Something to remember, they do get paid but they also volunteer to help us all out. Atleast that is my understanding someone correct me if I'm wrong...

All I can say is it is AMAZING to watch the Forest River Techs "Do their thing" Work Ethic is outstanding and the commitment to the Forest River Owners is unbelievable!
"Pete" (Peter Liegl) did it right when he started FROG - he has us - we will not even look at another RV brand!

The techs are comp'd for their work from Forest River and are not allowed to take anything (tips) from the RV owner. But last year they did have a group tip jar in the service area for a picnic later or what ever. That way they all share it equally for their efforts.

Keep in mind while the Forest River Forum is a great place to get information about the Goshen Rally, it’s not the official FROG website. It’s always best to look here FROG - Forest River Owners Group first.
Last year, just before the rally date, a PDF file was made available with the schedule of seminars and activities that would take place during the rally. I don’t remember if Bob (FROG) attached it to an email he sent out or if it was just available on the official FROG website.
Keep in mind that the rally is still a few months away so Bob and Cindy are, in all probability, still lining up the seminars for the rally. I know last year there was a seminar presented by Blue-Ox.

Hey Bob, What are the chances of getting one of these? We might need a 2 drink minimum before jumping though!

Let's give Pete credit for keeping FROG alive and well. But I understand IGGY and friends should get credit for the first International Rally at Branson in 2011. Here is their reunion posting for original group.
CALLING the Original 1st FROG Rally Group May 2011 Branson Mo.
I'm putting out the call for the original FROG Group that had the 1st FROG Rally in ABC Campground in Branson MO. May 2011.
We are trying to get everyone again this year at the 2015 FROG Rally in Goshen Indiana. Our hopes are to celebrate what we talked about in 2010 and May 2011 we all met in Branson MO. for the 1st International FROG Rally.
I hope everyone on the original list can try and make it this year.
Registration will start very soon.
This is what I believe was the original group list I had.

Actually A^2, that's a great idea! The kids can use it during the day, and the adults at night.
And if Bob should ever misplace his golf cart, there'll be a strong possibility it'll be there with the other adults who are way past the 2 drink minimum.
In all seriousness though, I'm sure my kids really would appreciate one of those there one of the days. While the majority is geared for adults, having at least one planned activity for the under agers I'm sure would be very appreciated. I may have to PM Bob directly to see if there's any ideas or help he might need in that regard.

We actually decided to leave our dd home with her grandma for this trip. First trip without dd, it will feel strange but we thought she would be really bored on this one. She is really excited to see her grandma since she rarely gets to see her
