May need to go to early and late dinner like they do on cruises. ID numbers 1-400 eat early on day one and late the next. ID numbers 401-800 eat late on day one and early the next.

Bob, first, it's important for people to remember that we aren't going to run out of food if everyone takes one serving of everything and then, later, returns for seconds if they'd like. Relax, chill out a while, and then come over to dinner.
Second, rather than standing outside wrapped around the building in the sun or (perish the thought!) rain while people fill their plates, come inside. We'll have a separate entrance away from the food lines. Come in, find a table, sit down in the shade, visit and relax. As the lines shorten, we can let everyone know or call sections, and everyone will get to eat. There's no need to be waiting out in the sun on hot asphalt.
We've talked about early/late shifts, but monitoring that is a pain and not really necessary. It also requires booting out early eaters and then bringing them back for entertainment, announcements, etc., or doing everything twice.
Some companies and organizations put on rallies that include very few, if any meals. We want to stand out from the crowd, and a little patience and cooperation (which, by the way, nearly everyone has shown in the past) go a long way toward making that happen.

It is all FULL! According to Rally Site no more room in Goshen! They are looking into more Electrical/Hydro/Nuclear connections for the masses.
I guess even the Muck Pile will be a prime Ocean Front Property!! Kudos to Bob in advance of craziness that is ahead.

Ok guys, a site team clean up has been done in the interest of forum harmony and putting this thread back on track. If your post is missing it was either one of the offending posts or did not make any sense once the rest of the posts were deleted. Thank you all for understanding. Now let's get back on track here as food is always a great topic.....
Bob - what kinds of food can we expect at the dinners? Should we bring our own drinks or will some sort of drink get provided (I'm assuming byob, I'm asking about non-alcoholic stuff).

I believe Lemonade, iced tea, and coffee were available with dinner. If you prefer wine or beer with dinner you have to bring it yourself, and my name is Bob.
BTW, Robert (Bob) was the most popular male name from 1924 to 1939. It was in the top 2 from 1920 to 1953 and it was one of the top 5 male names from 1915 to 1971. There will be a lot of us named Bob at the rally.

We're working on arrangements for the dinners, but in the past we've typically had two entrees per night, such as roast beef and grilled salmon; ham and port-a-pit chicken; brisket and porkchops; baked ham and chicken marsala as examples.
Non-alcoholic drinks are provided with dinner. We don't serve alcohol at FROG events, but if you want to bring something and are legal and behaving yourself, you're welcome to do it.

Just saw your inquiry about a place to stay within an hour or so of Goshen. We stay at Lake Haven Campground in Indianapolis. It is just about 5 miles off of I 65. Nice campground, mostly pull through.

I called the fairgrounds and got signed up for my extra days. The lady that helped me was very nice. I'm ready to head out there today, is it to early to be there NOW?
