Print it out, fill it out and then scan it back into your email.
Yup got are email. Confuse where to drop are towed auto, out in the street or where.
No worries!
1) Disconnect in the large parking lot (if empty)
2) If we are stacked up in the parking lot you can easily disconnect as you wait
3) Disconnect prior to arrival (at a gas stop or in a shopping center perhaps)
4) If you get jammed up and none of the above works for you we can stop on the way to your site and you can disconnect there. This is not a great option for Sunday though as we will be very busy.
As noted in the email, everyone PLEASE dump empty before arrival; betting you will get a sewer connection is a bad bet. As noted, there ARE dump stations at the Fairgrounds but it will add almost 30 minutes to get you parked and we need to park a rig every 5 minutes to get everyone in on Sunday.
For the most part, once you are parked you are there for the duration so plan on that and everything will be fine.

Any helpful hints from the many time participants? Thanks in advance!
As stated before:
1) If you have a 50 amp rig, you will most likely need to plug into a 30 amp supply. BRING an adapter. There may or may not be one within 100 miles.
2) There are many sewer connections that require A LOT OF SEWER HOSE. Bring enough hose to go 40 feet (or more) if needed. There may or may not be one within 100 miles. Some connections require the hose to be run back under the camper. Bring something to lift the hose off the ground. Some sewer inlets are 8 -12 inches off the ground.
3) Bring BRASS fresh water hose splitters with shutoffs. some hose bibs feed 8 campers. PLastic ones just don't cut it and a break at 3 AM will ruin everyone's day. First one to connect PLEASE use a splitter so you don't get your water shut off during a shower. If you bring a manifold, everyone will love you for it. Yea, I know brass fittings "may" contain lead. Man up, the romans used lead pipes for 1000 years.
4) Plenty of fresh water hose too (2 - 25 foot hoses).
5) a 50 or 30 amp rated extension cord would be helpful.
Obviously you won't need everything listed here, but some sites will require one or more of them.

We will make this trip one year.. Soon I hope. Is there a fyi thread somewhere on all the do's, don'ts and what to expect? 103 pages is a lot to go through. I see people sending in service requests. What Do they do? Warrantee only or wish list things as well?

Service requests are just that, Requests to have repairs done to your rig. Priority goes to safety issues and repairs that would have bern covered under warranty whether or not you are still under warranty. Some have requested add on type things ie slide out awnings or chair upgrade etc. These items will cost you and are low priority so they may or may not get done. There is a lot of great info in this thread, it is worth the time to skim through it.

Looking forward to our 1st Goshen Rally! Anything I should throw on board to help with the week with another 700 units. That is besides beer, lemoncello, ice and golf cart tracking devices. Any helpful hints from the many time participants? Thanks in advance!

Actually, Lou, if we have to park 400 units, that's one every 90 seconds for 10 hours.
Just remember when you are in your space you have to switch you fridge to propane if you can and switch you water heater to gas. Also please think of your of the one around you with not running both your airs on a 30 amp plug.
If you are a light sleeper, you should bring ear plugs, Trains come by 4 or 5 x's aday. Thursday night is the worst. They are all night long. Lou you might add that to your list.
I think I have actually read through this entire thread over the past few months. One question I am not sure about or if it was mentioned I do not recall. The availability of WIFI at the rally, are there any hotspots available etc. and or suggestions?
