BIG X200 there!!

I have been to some other RV Rallies but I have never been to a large rally that was as well managed as Goshen was last year.

Sure there will be lines but IMHO that is a opportunity for you to say hello to a soon-to-be-new friend.

In line to check in at the gate? If you are not next to check in, get out of your rig and introduce yourself to the folks behind you! (just be aware of the parking team when they are ready for you )

Alright veterans of previous Goshen Rallies. Any advice for us Rally virgins? Any specific things to bring (besides a refrigerator full of beer) that may be needed for the week. I'm really looking forward to meeting all of the people that I've seen or spoken to on the forum. This forum had a large part in my decision to buy a Forest River product and seeing factory support at the rally just reinforces my decision. I can't wait for Goshen....

Just make sure you have a 50 to 30 plug ,and may be a long sewer hose. And just enjoy the rally.

This picture would be a worst case scenario for the sewer hose connection. Chances are you won’t need this much if you have one of the full hookup sites.

Do you think I should chance it without an extension? I think that I have 25 feet right now.
Is there priority given to coaches that use 50 amp service? Also, does anyone know how well a unit with two ac's will run on 30 amp? I don't think mine will without popping a circuit or shutting down the ac units.

Bob, I agree this is what makes the rally work. Whether its parking or food or waiting for service it is a Holiday for me so going to leave the stress at home!

Looking forward to saying Hi to you as well. One thing both DW and I have found is campers/RVer's are friendly. Share the common enjoyment of getting away. I am with you on Forest River and this forum, lots of great information and knowledge to help people with problems.

Brian
