If you need special handling, you need to contact Bob directly.
Remember "Handicap" is not FHU. They will park you VERY close to the food building, Vendors, and restrooms. Those sites are NOT full hook ups (trying to remember; but they may all be 50 amps). If for a medically necessary reason you need full time sewer make sure you contact Bob Byrne directly as soon as possible. He will need to be directly involved adding you to the parking plan.
DO BRING:
PIGTAILS - 50 to 30 amp AND/OR 30 to 50 AMP - There is a VERY good chance you will need them and though you "may" be able to buy one from a vendor; most likely they will be sold out like last year.
FRESH WATER HOSE - BRING 50 feet in 2 - 25 foot lengths
HOSE SPLITTER VALVES - many sites had 4 units off of ONE hose bib having 2 or 3 will help your neighbor. If you hook up first; plan ahead and put your splitter on as you will avoid getting shut off in the middle of a shower when your neighbor hooks up. BRASS RECOMMENDED With up to 3 splitters and the hanging hose weight, plastic ones will FAIL CATASTROPHICALLY. Big mess!
SEWER HOSE - BRING SEVERAL - Many sites with sewer require LONG runs and you may need up to 40 feet if you are located inside the track.
PLan accordingly.
The TRACK INFIELD has SOME sewer hookups but to utilize all of them "unique" parking technique is needed. You may get a spot that requires you to be blocked in by another rig. This should affect mostly motor homes (except for two spots on each end that could be a 5th wheel/Travel trailer that will then get blocked in across the front backed up to the stage). They pull in up to the band stage and a 5th wheel or trailer is backed in behind them. These campers will be there for the duration unless there is an emergency. Refusing one of these sites will most likely result in loss of a sewer connection as there will be very few alternatives.
More as I think of it.

Phat Phrog Stunt Team
Well...
Yesterday I and a few others were guilty of hi-jacking a thread or 2. I know a quite a few folks had fun with us, or at our expense. However we did do a disservice to our friends at FRF.
We had asked previously for a chat room and the powers to be are looking at it as an option. So to tide us over in the interim we decided to start this thread.
As Seinfeld might say ... This is a thread about nothing.
OK ... Now a little background on the title.
Ron (Turbs), Tim (ttrost) and I have formed a little crew. Being the outrageous, over the top BS’ers that we are … we (with help from the DW) decided to call this crew the Phat Phrogs Stunt Team. Anyone who has read about our golf cart antics might find the name appropriate!
So if you would like to become a crew member or just hang out to participate in some over the top BS … Join us and have some fun.
Thanks,
Dan

Knowing the original members, it is more truth than fiction.

Herk, as you are the infield parking expert thanks for all the warnings you posted and folks PLEASE take his advice on the extra hook up things, I don't know how many times we tried to help folks out last year lending things until either the vendors opened or they got to Walmart or Menard's, plus if you don't have a car you might be really out of luck. Plus it's not just the infield.

That is why the infield was separate from the "what to bring."
I forgot to add a 30 foot power cord extension as a "good idea" if you have one. Only a few sites (out of hundreds) NEED it but if that is "you" it would be way cheaper to bring it and not need it than buy it full price at the rally.
Remember you will not be "moved" just because you failed to come equipped for a fairground rally.
Fair ground rallies have long hoses and electrical boxes laid out in the fields and grassy areas. You will be parked VERY close together (but you should be able to open your awning) but you will have enough space if everyone helps the parking committee do their jobs. In some places angle parking is mandatory because there is no way to utilize all the spaces if you don't.

Did you get an email stating a number and a receipt for payment?
You had to click on the links to add your choices to the shopping cart software; then go to the "store" to check out.
My guess is that your choices are still in your shopping cart.
