You may have better luck using the email option.

You need to come to Nville and meet the core group. With the exception of one individual, they are a fantastic group of people.

Millie, because we have financial commitments on many of the tours that we can't get refunded -- boat tickets, play tickets, meal reservations, etc. -- we usually can't refund tours except in exceptional circumstances -- medical or other emergencies.

We can sometimes re-sell a tour and then refund your money, and you can give away or sell your reservation, but PLEASE LET US KNOW if you do that so that we have an accurate record of who should be on the buses.

This phrog will also not be attending the rally this year, unfortunately.

Too bad. I was hoping to partake this year (if I go).

Instead, how about we host a forum BYOICS (Bring Your Own Ice Cream Sundae) get together one afternoon.

Also, I wonder if Bob has stats from the previous years for what percentage of Goshen attendees also identified their forum name. I'm curious if it's 50/50 or more like 80/20. It really wouldn't surprise me if 80% of the rigs had at least 1 forum member. (Based solely on my own visual scan of name badges last year and in absolutely no way scientific.)

Wish I could but its not in the cards this year. I have no doubt they are a great group of people and my DH would probably be out participating in whatever trouble got stirred up.

I thought I read somewhere that there was golf cart rental available. Is this true and how much is it?

The info was posted previously, but reserve early; like NOW.

I am sure the FROG staff will be glomming on to as many as possible for the rally before long.

Try here first (closest to campground):

Is the golf cart rental from the FROG, the fairgrounds or somewhere local?

It's local (GRC rentals or something like that). FROG staff are going to rent the majority of GRC's inventory, so if you want one you need to rent it before Bob gets to it.

Oh, and if you do rent one, label it like crazy. Otherwise if it's the same as the staff's fleet they might assume it's their's and put it away at night with the rest.

and ALWAYS take your keys! Especially during the "parking phase" where the "parkers" are looking for rides back to the front gate!

A few folks beat me to answering this LOL. In general though, their are plenty of volunteers assisting with the rally that drive around with golf carts and pick up people at the fairgrounds and drop folks off at chow time, seminars, campsite, etc. Plus at chow time, Forest River has wagons/trolleys that pick up folks throughout the fairgrounds and drop them off at chow time when the dinner bell rings.

In my opinion you really don't need to rent a golf cart as I never found it to be an issue the last 2 years I attended if I wanted a golf cart ride somewhere within the fairgrounds. Many people bring their own bikes and bike around as the fairgrounds is all level.

Rent a golf cart? You just need to ask a Phrog member where FROG Bob where he parks his golf cart and where he hides the keys.

That's cold. Just cold. Fortunately, our crack security team will be on duty.

(All comments regarding "our crack team being on security" versus "our security team being on crack" have already been considered and rejected. Just so you know.)

I'm guessing blood and urine tests will be optional for your crack security team and I would definitely avoid the breathilizer test.

I have masters to Club Car, Ez Go and Yamaha carts, so I might recommend tire locks as well
