Patience is going to be the operative word at the rally! You will need it when it's time to eat, waiting to get service work done, and just for all around winding down.
But, it is well worth it. Don't know if you have been to the rally before, but you make many new friends and meet up again with great old friends. All around fun time.

Joe, please go ahead and send in the additional item on a second request form so we can get it over to the service team. Just in case it's something that requires parts or other resources, I want to give them as much lead time as possible.

Just so everyone on here is aware, we want to keep on-site requests to an absolute minimum so that we can be prepared with parts, staff, and other resources. We realize that things can happen on the way to Goshen, and there can be emergencies (generally defined as either flames shooting out the windows or someone bleeding on the floor), and we'll accommodate those. However, the plan is to accept no requests after Tuesday, and to have everything completed by the end of Thursday, with only a little bit of mop-up on Friday.
It's a tall order. Try going to your dealer (RV, truck, car, or whatever) and having him say, "Sorry, I have several hundred other jobs on the books right now, so it's going to be four days before I can get yours finished. And oh, by the way, no charge." Good luck with that!

Somebody has to be the heavy, OC. Just remember, "boss" spelled backwards is double-s-o-b.

Frog Bob, I just scanned an emailed my request. Please let me know that you received it.
My main computer is not working so had to do this another way I have never done. If not I will snail mail it.
Thanks Tucson Joe

Just a question, but can I got a slide topper installed at Goshen? I have a 2014 288BHS Apex (I know the red headed step child) hahaha.
Seriously though I would like to get it done and any info on how to do this and get it set up before hand would be awesome
Thanks.
