I got a call from Primetime regarding my service request. She had a question on the size & positioning of my bathroom door that they're replacing cause it's warped and won't stay closed during travel. She also requested pics. of the gaps at the jambs as a pre-emptive measure of what they're getting into.

Jerry, I've not sent out individual confirmations beyond the order confirmation. I'll be sending out an e-mail this week about arrival, parking, registration, service, and other items.
If you put on your registration on the FROG website that you have a handicap situation, then I have that on file and we'll take it into account in assigning parking.

FROG: I'm reading here that people seem to be getting confirmations after sending in their service requests. I emailed ours in on May 9 but have not received any confirmation.

No, Bob said specifically that Service might just be calling if they have questions. I hope that they don't have to call all of us with service requests - another Herculean task!
Bob said:
I don't know that every division is calling on every request. They might just be calling on those on which they have questions.

Okay, here's a dumb question for those of you recommending Blue Beacon for RV washing. I see on their website that they post prices for pickup/camper trailers, and motor homes/buses. We have a travel trailer - do they wash those too? We don't need the truck washed, we just desperately need the trailer washed! Thanks in advance....

2015 FROG International Rally in Goshen, IN held August 9-15
They will wash whatever you want. I always pull a car. They wash both the RV & car. Or just the RV if I wish.
For those traveling on I-65 north of Indianapolis. There is a truck wash at Lebanon Indiana too. It is at the HWY 32 exit. West side of I-65. Not sure name. They do good job too.

Thanks Herk
We made a back in batch of the Lemon Cello that you gave me the recipe for back in April....It is awesome! Although drinking too much of it will make you do crazy things. Will be bringing a supply of it when we go to Goshen. BTW, I am now making a second batch. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
See ya in Goshen.

They washed our old tt and now our fiver. They always ask whether or not we want the truck washed too. It is around $30 with rainx treatment to do just the trailer. They will not get black streaks off, those need to he compounded off but they will get dirt off.

Cathy & Fraser, I got yours on 5/9. I've not been sending out confirmations, but some divisions have been calling some owners, particularly if they have questions about the request.

RE: "HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY SERVICE REQUEST?"
I'm sending out an e-mail this week regarding arrival, parking, registration, service, meals, special offers from some vendors, and other items.
The first item under "Service" is a sentence that says, "Our files show that we have (or have not) received a service request from you."
We've been logging requests as we receive them before copying them and sending them to the Service Team, and I'll be pulling a code from that file to select "have" or "have not." We are also keeping copies of our own so that we have a backup.
Rather than asking me now, please wait until you receive the e-mail. If it says "have not" and you think you sent us one, then please call or e-mail me and I'll check it out. If I still don't see it (I need to check both e-mail (easy) and snail mail (harder)), I'll ask you to re-send it.

Thanks for all your patience with such a large group of people constantly asking you for Info. It reflects how much everyone is looking forward to this rally that you've put so much hard work into.

Tom, I'm having about 1,500 friends over for several meals during the FROG Rally. OK to have them give you the tab? (Oh, and leave a nice tip. I have a reputation to uphold, you know. )
