I'm sending out an e-mail this week regarding arrival, parking, registration, service, meals, special offers from some vendors, and other items.

The first item under "Service" is a sentence that says, "Our files show that we have (or have not) received a service request from you."

We've been logging requests as we receive them before copying them and sending them to the Service Team, and I'll be pulling a code from that file to select "have" or "have not." We are also keeping copies of our own so that we have a backup.

Rather than asking me now, please wait until you receive the e-mail. If it says "have not" and you think you sent us one, then please call or e-mail me and I'll check it out. If I still don't see it (I need to check both e-mail (easy) and snail mail (harder)), I'll ask you to re-send it.
Thanks Bob! I was just signing on to check if anyone has received. Great Job on all this!

Yes FROG Bob and Cindy are wonderful.
Looking forward in seeing them soon as we have a few more days and will be starting to prepare for the long journey to the big pond in Goshen. We are ready now to hit the road.

Iggy, you have a longer drive than we do - be safe and keep cool! It's hot everywhere, seems like! (But most of the places have a tad more humidity than you're used to!)

I'm actually hope I catch some rain so my rig gets washed a little.
I may also dance in the rain if its cool enough. Been a long time.
We have a nice 1,800 miles but we planned it so we go slow and relax before we hit the FROG pond.

I can't wait to get my fiver back from the trailer dealership and my truck back from the dealership so I can wash and wax them and start prepping for the trip.

Bob,

I can only imagine the logistical and organizationl effort that has gone in to this! It was crazy enough for you last year with 500 units...700+ this year?

You ARE da MAN!!

It may be easier to count the non-beer drinkers But that is only one man's opinion!

Sorry, there's hardly any beer drinkers. You'll probably be the only one.
