We went to Wal-Mart and got their last hose extension. We also met a fellow Goshen Rally-er there who was desperately looking for a 50A/30A adapter, but those were sold out long be for she got there.
Another tip...last year, were in the "Hobo pasture" and our site was quite unlevel side to side. Our "Lego" leveling blocks didn't work well because the ground was to soft. After quick trip to Menards, I returned with a 2X10-6ft and was able finished my set up.
It's odd, but considering that we will be near ground zero and the center of the RV universe, there is a surprisingly limited number of RV dealers and retail parts suppliers in the Goshen area.
We did observed in normal FROG fashion, fellow rally goers helping each other out with extras items if they had them, but as Lou stated, it's best to come prepared.

You just may have saved me as well. I have a 50a to 20a adapter, and was thinking this was a 50 to 30. I just amazon'd the correct adapter. Thanks.

RE: Name tags. There will probably be some folks on the grounds who have stopped by for the day but are not registered for the Rally. In addition, most of the vendors aren't registered as FROG members / attendees (although a few are), so we'll watch for name tags just in case there's a question.
Last year there were also a few minor issues with local kids, so we're asking that kids / grandkids attending have their name tags as well. We really don't expect any problems, or even to have to ask about name tags, but it just makes things easier all around.

We chose to leave our2 yr old hyper dog and 8 yr old dd at Home with my mother in law. I figured my daughter would be bored and besides, a week away from the child sounds like heaven no matter where we go. . As for our dog, we were worried about power failures and the air conditioner. I was also worried about how quiet he would stay in such close quarters (your ears are welcome for that one) and I didn't want to worry about him during service.

Well, next year you can bring your DD and she can play with out DS and DD. Despite there not being anything specifically organized for the youngun's my kids still had a lot of fun last year. And my DS discovered there's about 200-300 surrogate grandmas there for him to hug. (If you were one of his huggees last year, yep, that was my kid ).

We had already made arrangements to fly in a very excited Nana to watch her granddaughter when we learned your kids were coming.
