Bob thank you and Cindy for everything you do! This will be our 11th FROG event and our 4th Goshen Rally and have not been let down one time. It is amazing what you and forest river do! Enjoying a great FROG campout in Nashville and will be heading to goshen in just a few short days.

Obviously, I'm going to miss a good time! Maybe next year. Goshen falls on the week I get my grand babies; it was a tough choice, the grand babies won. You all have a great time. Drive carefully. Stay safe!

There's nothing like leaving for a 3 week trip, fridge full of food....when the fridge dies. Not a great start to our rally trip!

Caught in a fatal accident traffic jam on I-76 39 miles from Cleveland/Streetsboro KOA (South of Youngstown).

4 hours later we were 31 miles from the campground after circling back to Pittsburg then up to New Castle to rejoin I-80 to get past the wreck.

Could have been us as not 50 miles earlier we were almost clipped by a black car cutting us off after a botched pass. Young kid. I hope it was not him.

Suckie day indeed. Goshen tomorrow. (Yea!)

We too are on the road...Currently camping in Toms River NJ for a family reunion.

Herk...sorry to hear about your bad day. Hope tomorrow will be better for you guys...btw...I was thinking of you earlier. We are camping just a few miles from Lakehurst Navel Air Station and we keep seeing a C130 (or maybe more than one) circling overhead low and slow. Not sure what their doing, but very cool to watch.

See you in Goshen in a few days

On Ohio turnpike and found they have several service areas that have RV hook ups with 50/30 amp and dump station with fresh water, $20.00 for overnight stay. You can pick up turnpike map with info at any service stop.

Hmmmm, I called the fairgrounds on Thursday. They told me not to arrive till Monday at the earliest as the fair is going on and the grounds would be clearing out on Sunday. But thinking about it, Herk probably has connections/privileges. 😉

Meh, only wish it were so....

Staying at a campground close by and working with the FROG parking planning cell during the day. We won't be able to move to Fairgrounds until Monday morning at the earliest.

TONS of work to do this weekend to get ready for the volunteers on Monday. Briefing materials, carts, maps, Rally Staff shirts, and such don't appear out of thin air you know...

Can't wait to get there to help out. Think the wife and myself might have to call in sick one day early.

We are at Hidden Ridge in Shelbyville, MI really nice RV park, 335 sites all concrete pads with paved roads, pool, two lakes they got about everything and rates not that bad. It is 75 miles from Goshen plain to head down Monday afternoon if all goes well. Having some issues with RV, kitchen slide only going out half way, just hope we can get it back in.
