Hello Everyone. We are coming to Rally from Ontario. Should we bring our Generator given the fantastic numbers of people who will be in attendance?

Thanks

I would say no as I feel confident that FROG Bob has it all figured out.
Anyway the weather says it will be in the low 80's and nights in the high 50's and low 60's and no major rain predicted.
Have a safe trip.

As Iggy sez, the gen should not be needed nor appreciated, given the closeness of your neighbors.

On the other hand, we arrived this morning and I can tell you that the trains have not lost there voice at all since last year so probably, no one would even hear the gen.

I am bringing my generator and hope that it stays in the bed of the truck...better to have and not need than need and not have.

See you all soon,
Ken

Any suggestions on this route for a few campgrounds?
We plan is to stop north of Memphis on I-57 then someplace in southern Illinois.
Also any campgrounds south of Goshen fairgrounds the night before arriving on Saturday.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Check out Wayne Fitzgerrell Recreation Area between Benton and Mt Vernon, IL. We have stayed there a couple of times and enjoyed it.

Hey dblr, sorry I'm late coming to the game. I can be in Kokomo at noon on Wednesday to assist. If you can't PM me just post here and I'll be enroute at O Dark Thirty. My rig has a 15K fifth hitch in the bed. I'm looking for an excuse for a road trip. Send grid coordinates (address) for my GPS sir.

Today, we had a "Greeter/Parker" to RV ratio of about 30:1. From now thru Sun, that will decrease substantially. FROG-Bob estimates that on Sunday. we will be parking 1 rig every 90 sec. for 10 hrs.

I'm working the 12-4p shift for the next 4 days so If you will be arriving during that time, I'll do my best to get you to your site without getting lost. (Again!)

RAMAIR and I made to it to the Missouri and Illinois border and they wanted to see our passports.... Being I was coming from Arizona. LOL
Anyway we hit our first rain storm this afternoon and it blew off my bathroom roof vent. I now have a black duck tape vent until I find a new one someplace.
Actually the hot Arizona heat just turned the plastic to powder and it just fell apart.
Just finished the duck taping and a really strong cell came our way.
All is dry and we are about 450 miles away and may even come in on Friday if all works well.

Rally Volunteer Training: Ok you people...according to the fine print...no golf carts should run over the FROG Directors feet and must be returned where you got it from and mostly in 1 piece.
