X2 if you're coming in around 5 PM. The parking crew wants to attend the opening dinner too.

It is strictly up to you. If you want to come in on Sunday afternoon, truthfully, the lines to get parked are probably at their shortest. Most folks are already in. Dinner is at five on Sunday...the parking crew will probably take a break around 4:15 to 4:30, eat dinner, and go back to work parking anybody who came in during dinner. There will be a sign to that effect posted on or near the check-in table in the front parking lot.

If you come in on Sunday afternoon and the parking crew isn't around, just leave your RV on the front parking lot, come and enjoy the opening dinner, then come back to your unit after you eat. We'll get you into your spot and you can be set up and enjoying your favorite beverage before the sun goes down on Sunday evening.

See you at the Rally!

How early is too early? I have an appointment at the Rockwood Factory for some Rally service work on Monday, the 8th. I figure it will be at least two days, so will be looking for a campground on Wednesday, the 10th. Is that too early?

Contact F.R.O.G. by PM here or Bob Byrne via the FROG web site for instructions. The email you received should have had a "No Earlier Arrival Date" on it.

Darrel the post from bob has the fairgrounds phone #. You will need to call them to let them know that you would like to arrive early for frog.

Thanks Herk. I found the information in the March edition of the FROG Newsletter. It appears the earliest arrival date is Wednesday, the 10th. Early arrivals are to call the fairgrounds, who will contact FROG, who will assign a campsite. Works for me, thanks again.

Should we be expecting any acknowledgement that the factory has received our work request form? I heard that one guy received a phone call, but I have received nothing.

It has been my experience that if you submitted a service request, they will have it on file. When you arrive you will get a packet and in it will be information about confirming your request. The only time you would be expected to be contacted early is if you have major repairs requiring your unit be taken to the factory service facility.

Wednesday morning is when we'll have the crew ready to start parking people.

I've had a couple of questions about the letter regarding arrival, parking, registration, and other information. It went through a proofreading last night, with several good suggestions that have been incorporated, and is getting a final look right now.

It will probably hit your e-mail box later today, or tomorrow at the latest.

We're also putting final touches on the agenda, with a few more vendors having just asked to join the fun. That will be posted online as well as being included in your arrival packet. I'll let you know when we post it.

In only a few more months we should have everything ready!
