Oh, you didn't know? In order to not overwhelm the system, he's opening up the registration in batches by your F.R.O.G. Membership Number. Alphabetically. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go finish moving to Alberta (AB).

You could change your citizenship & move to Alaska, you would be even higher up on the list. I prefer to pay the kick back fee instead, I believe this year it is a 2 week boat cruse to your new state, Alaska.:roflblack :
