1. Name tags will be available at on-site rally check-in
2. There are a few "clubs" (Columbus, Cedar Creek, R-Pod and Cardinal) that have traditionally been parked together, and will be again this year. Other than that, you'll be assigned to an area (Meadow, Grove, etc.) and within that area, it is hobo-style parking...you take the next available spot when you arrive.
3. The four clubs mentioned above will provide lists of who is attending. Those units will be parked in the club area (in the case of cedar Creek, virtually every Cedar Creek unit is parked in the track infield.) Others of the same brand, but not on the "club-provided list" could end up anywhere.

Tim,
Even if you could arrange what you are looking for, most likely they would not have the manpower during the Rally to do custom work. You will most likely need to come early or stay late to get something like that done.

Which also is not a problem. I suppose my first contact should be trying to get ahold of someone at Georgetown.

I'm looking at the possibility of adding an awning to my Georgetown. It may be a custom unit and if possible I would like to add it at the rally. Just not sure who to get in touch with. I know Dometic usually has a team on site. Wondered if maybe filling out a request form would put it in the hands of Georgetown, who would in turn get in touch with Dometic, get a cost, bill me, and have it ready for when I arrive.

Tim, I think I would start with contacting somebody at Georgetown long before the rally. They could probably hook you up with the right people at the component suppliers' facilities.

That's what I was wanting to hear. I know my situation is more of a custom thing, but others who may to add level up and such while at the rally, I didn't know how these things were being handled now, especially with the amount of people.

Two years ago, when I got my JT's, Lippert had a separate team set aside to install things bought at the vendor booth. With the number of rigs, I don't know if that'll still be possible for them.

If you are not registered and don't plan to camp in a sight. Can you just show up or do you still need to register we are staying in motel nearby. We would like to see what it is all about and then try to get a sight next year. Obviously this will be our first time.
