Dave and Joanne, I just got back to the office from several FROG events, and am working on the volunteer lists this week. Hope to have notices out by the weekend.
I'll be asking about 75 or 80 folks to come in on Monday for the parking team. They'll arrive Monday, use Tuesday for training and orientation, then begin parking early arrivals on Wednesday. Other volunteers can come in later for golf cart shuttles, bus loading, FROG Rally office in the vendor area, etc.

Bob,
Opened the document and filled it out but I do not see where to click to 'submit with your changes'. Any ideas what I am missing.
Hope all is well.
Thanks, Tom

I filled out the request but when I saved it (so I could e mail as an attachment) I lost all the input and only had the blank form. What am I doing wrong here?

When opening it, I noticed the top of the form said "This PDF Document contains forms. The filling of forms is not supported".
I clicked "Open with a different viewer", then opened it with Nuance PDF Reader, and it saved the filled in form fields.
Just FYI on how I got it to save.

Depending on the version of Adobe that you have there might be an envelope logo just above the form that you can click to e-mail the form (making sure you select the option to include your changes).
If all else fails, as a last resort, put the information in an e-mail to me (make sure the subject shows "SERVICE REQUEST") and I'll fill in the form for you.

When I have had similar issues, I determined that the SAVE function was putting my amended form in some default file location (which sometimes appeared to be a TEMP folder). Now, when I do a SAVE, I make sure it saves the file to my Documents folder so I can recover it with mods.

On my system, this envelope (and several other symbols) is on a line which the system calls FILE TOOLS. Sometimes I have to set the Adobe program to Show File Tools.

Getting service at plant before rally - questions
Hi all! Apparently, one of our issues requires us to visit Plant 41 for service at the factory for our Georgetown XL. We made an appt for Thursday before the rally and I am wondering if I should go ahead and reserve a spot at the fairgrounds for Thursday, Fr and Sat - or does FR have an electrical hookup out there at the bldg in case it goes late? Not really sure what to do.
Anyone else experience this? - the gal I spoke with was so nice but didn't really have any info for me.
If you have any advice, please let me know - thanks!

There will be parking committee members available for you to park after Wednesday prior to the rally. Once you are in your assigned spot, you can come and go as needed. Notify F.R.O.G. Bob Byrne with your arrival date.
NOT BEFORE Wednesday though! The parking crew will not park you on the Fairgrounds AT ALL prior to Wednesday this time.

I think most of my issues are my antique mac osx version 10.5 This is why I dont have a printer anymore because I'm running an outdated system.I will have to get on someone elses comp and try.

Dorothy and Bill, see Herk's note above. I spoke a couple of days ago with the Georgetown service folks for someone with exactly the same question. They have only a couple of electric hookups, and they're first-come first served, not reservable.
