Several people have commented on this, but I'll add my suggestion / observation.

We ask the service techs not to accept tips on site. We will have a place to offer tips / gratuities in the service center, and we encourage you to do so. The money is used for an end-of-event party for the workers.

As you wander the fairgrounds at the FROG Rally, watch for the service techs (blue shirts and caps this year) and you'll be astounded at what they do. If you have a few hundred dollars -- or more -- in free work done, or even if you don't, no one will know what you tip (if anything), but I encourage you to be generous.

Cold non-alcoholic drinks are always welcome, although the techs have constant access to those throughout the day. (Nothing alcoholic, please.) A big smile and a sincere "Thank you!" also help make their day.

If/when they replace my water heater system, I'm gonna line 'em all up and hug 'em to death. Twice.

Gonna go out on a limb here...

I think they would rather have a warm "thank you" and a little something in the tip jar.

Good afternoon Joseph. I would be glad to arrange a tour for you to see the 5th Wheels. However due to safety reasons, Chaparral and Brookstone choose not to have tours during the production hours. If you would like to see the plant, let me know and I will get that arranged for you.

I gave into my demons and paid a visit to the Amish crack house today to get my fix. I did manage to control how much of the stuff I bought, so I still feel good about myself.

All you need are some dead presidents and they will hand over the Amish crack. They sell this stuff right over the counter in broad daylight and I believe cops love this type of crack too.
