The meal tonight was totally inedible! Not to mention the room that is supposed to be air conditioned must have been in the ninety's.

What? Possum ribs and hot lemonade ain't yore thing?

It's just food. It cycles. But..........had some army food that was better! (Was that outloud?)

I may fire up the smoker and make a fortune in next few days.......

Thumbs up

Fantastic brunch this morning. A few minutes from Goshen. It is ADDICTIVE, guess that is why they call it "crack".

Rise’n Roll Bakery – Amish bakery with donuts, nut crunches, baked goods, deli goods, and more…

Any chance someone could pass along the contact for the mfg/seller of these windows?
For those of use that could not make it to Goshen this year, it would be very cool if somebody could start a thread on the Vendors that are represented there showing pictures of what it is they are selling, but if possible their contact information. Just a thought. . . . . .

Tonight’s dinner wasn’t all that good but I don’t expect great food from a buffet line. So far the meals haven’t been nearly as good as in year’s past. One thing I really hated was the super cheap plastic table wear. I will probably be bringing my own plastic knife and fork to the next meal.

Skinless chicken filets and some type of short rib, rice, black beans, and a vegetable medley. The cupcakes for dessert were very good.

Had to pass the following.... As we were making our way thru the end of the buffet line, getting ready for drinks, saw Frog Bob and thanked him for another excellent rally. Frog Bob was pouring lemonade and putting the cups out on the table to keep the buffet line moving as the drink station appeared to be slowing movement. His response to me.... "I do whatever it takes". Feeding 1600+ in a single setting. This guy is phenomenal. Thanks Bob!!

I have to wonder what it's like getting across the dirt race track from the infield where the Cedar Creek folks are located.
