Thank the staff from FR
The Flagstaff FR service team has been Fantastic! Floyd D Miller, Shannon, Dave Otto and his brother, John, and of course, Leo, all are top notch.
Thank them, tip them at the service bldg (big pizza party future, I'll betcha), and let upper management know how well they're doing.
We have.

Only time we fought the crazy meal thing was Sunday nite. Out of food no drinks no desert. The Risin Roll bakery was a big disappointment also for me. I can't wait to get back to Ark an get some Krispy cream donuts. And the MUD is awful

I am sure these things will be discussed by the staff leader "Hot Wash" typically done at the end of the rally before everyone goes home. Perhaps the caterer they chose was overwhelmed by the shear number of meals they needed to supply. As stated earler, last year's food was good, but not up to the standard set the previous year (350 campers). This year sounds a bit underwhelming and will surely be a topic of concern.
As to the mud; well it is a fairground and no one can predict the weather including the weathermen.
Sounds like most had a good time considering. Just think about if the rally was in Batton Rouge, LA. Those poor people. Jeez.

Not easy to please everyone at a rally of almost 2,000 people but at least you probably got some free repairs on your 2004 Cedar Creek that is out of warranty. That had to be worth your while and expense don't you agree?????

Rise and roll dissapointing? I would freebase a Rise and Roll cinnamon Carmel donut if I could keep it lit in the pipe.

Yes I got a couple of things repaired. We will be back next year planning on fixing our own meals instead of eating out each day

This has been our first year so we have mixed feelings. Yes the meals could be better but this was a new cater service for FR and they are aware of the problems. I can bring my own flat ware so that is no issue. The service and repairs we received from Lippert & FR more than covered any costs we spent coming here so no way I can complain about the weather. Didn't like not being able to take a daily shower in my own rig; I'm retired military so I know how to deal with spit baths. Final tally, we will be back and we will forever be Forest River customers.

If you can't find something there you like?? Should just stay out of bakeries!! We get to that area 3 or 4 times a year!! If I'm going east my left side tires start to lock up. Auto steers toward the bakery. My car even know the best !!!

Only time will tell how the rally will change next year or the year after since they are at their max capacity of RV's and people. Plus who knows how long Frog Bob wants to continue on as the head FROG over the rally. A lot can change over the next year including the leadership of Forest River since most of the leadership could all retire in the near future.
I'm sure it is extremely expensive to offer Free Service for a week straight to that many RV's so I'm sure that will change sooner than later as well. Especially with RV's companies consolidating and buying each other out.
For now I guess take advantage of it if you can until it changes.

The payback more than off sets the rally. Good PR goes a long way. Bob love his work to much. Later RJD
