no problem on the route. when you get into red canyon just about 10 miles before you get to Bryce there are a couple of tunnels carved into the rocks that you have to go through. they are marked at 13'6". depending on how high you are you may want to drive down the middle of the road when you go through the tunnels. we did and many other large rv owners we talked to at Bryce said they did also. but everybody made it without any problems. you may want to consider staying at lake powell on the way to Bryce. we stay at the wahweap marina rv campground. the dam visitor center is interesting. there are several sightseeing boat trips on the lake. the last place of any size to buy supplies or food is in page az. there is a Walmart there just of hwy 89. there is lots of open land to see on the route. have fun, we love ruby's and Bryce. about 20 miles or so from rubys is Kodachrome state (Utah) park. it is nice and has several types of spaces including some with full hook-ups. just fyi, it is 100 miles from ruby's to the nearest Walmart so go with all you need.
