A couple of sites were pre-registered for volunteers that are running parts of the rally.

Called the campground a few minutes ago and was able to add a day to our stay. As of when we called, they hadn't finished assigning sites, said they were still working on doing that. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the rally.

I got the email from FROG about this event today and registered immediately after. This will be the first Rally for my wife and I, we are new to trailer camping and only have a few weekends from this past fall under out belts. Looking forward to it!

I think it doesn’t hurt to call about extending your stay that might help them in choosing a site for you. Then they don’t pick a site that can’t accommodate your time requirements. I finally called to add on Wednesday. Congratulations Stephanie and Rob. Hopefully the sunshines down on the rally

We just called and no one has any extra days added you have just been added to a list to be called later to add days. To much confusion going on. they still do not have the list of attendees. Later RJD

The campground has been receiving a registered attendee list, updated each day since registration has opened. Gettysburg Campground has been creating their own list of attendees that have called who would like to extend their stay either before or after the rally.
Now that the rally has sold out, and they have received the final updated list of all attendees, they are beginning the ARDUOUS task of arranging our 50 units that are attending based on arrival date, size, and electrical requirements.
Once they have arranged us all on appropriate sites. They will then begin to contact attendees on their list that wish to extend their stay. Every effort is being made in order to honor site requests, eliminate the need to move units during your stay, and to ensure the efficient use of our reserved sites.
There have been some misleading and untrue statements posted to this thread regarding the campground reservations. Please note that unless information regarding this rally comes directly from the HOSTS of this rally or from Frog Bob then it should be considered merely a rumor.
We have been in constant communication with the campground and the owner is personally reviewing each site assignment to ensure everyone is going to be satisfied with their stay. If you are a registered attendee and you have left your name with the campground that you would like to extend your reservation, you have our guarantee that they will call you back once they are ready to address your request.

As of this morning, the campground was arranging the last few sites and awaiting the owner's final approval. They should have all remaining early arrivals and extensions booked by the end of the weekend.
