The final product was good enough to convince everyone that we want to be smoking all the time when camping. It's the new cheesecake.

When we earn more vacation, we shall return to Amana.

I'll be bringing my Davey Crockett grill to Goshen, might even fit one of the Pit Bosses in the trailer if we need it.

I've got a small charcoal smoker that I use at home. I'd like to smoke while camping if I can figure out how to haul it without making a mess. Any tips or ideas I'd love to hear them. I might get a smoker just to leave in the camper...

I haul my pit boss between the 5th wheel and cab of the truck.
Not the most convenient but it's what I have to do if I want to bring it.
Takes two people to put it in and take it out.
If I take my propane smoker it rides in the same location but it's easily placed and removed by one person.
The pinerocks carry a tabletop treager smooker, although VERY portable your limited to the amount of meat smoked.
