Tech team just left. Every business man would appreciate these men working for him. What a great crew.
New slide carpet.
New sofa drawer slides.
New screen in door.
New legs on sofa.
Body side molding remounted.
Like new. Thank you Forest River, for your commitment to your customers.

Just a question-- my coach is new and I don't need anything at this point. But on the above repairs at rally how do they charge for these??
Thanks

Columbus and Wildcat on either side of me and they have had multiple visits in the past two days. The Wildcat went to the factory yesterday and the Columbus is going Wednesday and Thursday.

We are right across from service and they have come once for us and will return. You could always go over to service and ask your rep when the time window might be.

Yep. They meet your every need, you offer them coffee, water, soft drink, they say no thank you. You tell them how grateful you are and they say they are too. Just too simple. No Charge!

The Surveyor tech guys were here today. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Replaced damaged fascia on the slide.
Adjusted the slide
Opened up weep holes in the Swintech slide
Secured floor trim that was pulling out of wall
Gave me directions for mounting a clock, removing the TV and a few other things.
To all who are getting this tremendous service, don't forget the tip jar at the service building.
Thank you to Forest River!!!

Tried to slip my tech a $20 and he said no thanks - he didn't even tell me about a tip jar that had been started in the service building! These guys are something else!

Looks like you guys are having a lot of fun! Wish we had the time/resources to make the trek.

But wait, my unit was built at the California plant. Why don't we try to have a West coast version?

3rd Annual FROG International Rally Elkhart County Fairgrounds, Goshen, India...

I'm really impressed by all the good news stories about the FR techs helping folks at the rally. Makes me want to go next year.

When I hear how well the factory crews are treating everyone, how knowledgable they are and how they appreciate their customers and are so dedicated to serving them, it makes me wonder if they could offer training for their dealers. Some dealers do a great job but others could use some training and some persuasion from the factory that franchising could achieve. Maybe someone there could express that sales are won and lost by their dealer network and that it would be great if all FR customers could expect service from any FR dealer to be almost as good as it is at the rally (just not for free of course).

Hope everyone continues to have a great time at the rally and a safe journey home!

Forest river techs have been fantastic, however the Reese people were suppose to be here two days ago and I haven't seen or heard from them. They must have a lot of units to work on.
I hope they make it tomorrow.

I was told at wildcat that all the dealers are invited down to the plant for training. Shame on the dealers who choose not to send there techs down.

This was NOT the PPST Pot Luck, that was Tues night. This was the PPST BBQ at the PHROG POND.
