rather be ready but heck there are stores close...........I know buy a sweatshirt from the Amana Colonies so you will remember the trip.......Some may need a visual clue to remember where they have been for the long weekend......... Right Turbs???? LOL

Hey Turbs, How many hotdogs are you getting????
At least 92 units that means at least 184 plus some will have 3 or 4 adults plus we will have at least 10 children.. So how many hotdogs will it take?????
I HATED word problems as a child...........

All, Cindy and I need to cancel. We were so looking forward to attending our first FROG Rally but due to health issues within our family our travel schedules are now put on hold. Have a great time all!

Checked with Amana campground. They didn't have us arriving until the 5th. Asked them to change to the 1st. Hope you have us down as coming. Are we to bring our drinks for the potluck ?

If you are going up I-35 fro KC, there is a GREAT place to camp right off of I-35 near Des Moines.
Walnut Woods State Park, 3155 Walnut Woods Dr, West Des Moines, IA 50265 (515) 285-4502
We have kids living in West Des Moines, and we camped in this state
park about 15 months ago.
Easy in/out from the highway, and beautiful setting.

Thanks Mike. We are going up I-35 but have a reservation at Nine Eagles State Park just across the Missouri/Iowa state line. Not sure what time we will get away and didn't want to be driving/setting up in the dark. Early start again on Thursday morning and should get into the colonies around noon/early afternoon. Looking forward to seeing you there.
