Nuisance, I'd go ahead and call now and try to get at least 50 sites with an option on another 25. Also check to see if you can get the use of the Pioneer Building for a welcome dinner on fhe first night or a departure dinner on the last night, and possibly or a potluck or other events in between.
I've been working of and on to try to get an information packet together to help with local rallies, but don't have it yet. I'll be glad to work with you on making arrangements, and we can subsidize some meals or help in other ways.
Please give me a call and let's talk about the arrangements.

I"ll start calling tomorrow afternoon. Wow really that many sites?? Glad you told me. Cindy said (in Goshen) she had a packet for rallies. Will start making the plans and keep you up to date.
