A catered departure supper Saturday evening including chicken breast, tenderloin, tossed salad, pasta salad, party potatoes and more.
And finally a farewell continental breakfast sunday morning including bagels, donuts and pastries galore with milk juice and coffee !
All this for about $98.00 !
Plus all the activities you can handle in the amanas during oktober fest!
Other plans include a family corn hole tournament and more!

That $98.00 is your camping fee for 3 nights camping withe full hookups.
Included in that fee is the meet n greet potluck on Thursday night "bring covered dish" the picnic style departure supper on Saturday night and the farewell continental breakfast on Sunday morning.

ahhhh ok. so you've got some deal with the campgrounds to siphon from the registration fee and take care of the catering. Neat! Looking forward to it!

To clarify a little further, your $98 charge is for three nights of full hookup camping and goes to the campground. Forest River and FROG are providing the dinner and continental breakfast at no charge to attendees.
Thanks to Ron (Turbs) for making arrangements for those meals, and to Deb (Nuisance) for making the camping and community building arrangements.
This is exactly the type of event that we're hoping to see pop up more and more around the US and Canada.

That's even better. Thanks for the clarification because I didn't remember sending in a separate $98 registration fee and wanted to make sure we were covered.

Actually F.R.O.G has subsidized the supper and breakfast and the potluck is well all on us.
Obviously the registrants will bring a covered dish to pass and we are going to have hot dogs, buns and condiments available.
Bring your own table service and drink for potluck.

Is the pot luck on Wednesday or Thursday night? I have seen both nights referenced. What three nights does the $98 cover? I ask because it looks like some folks are there for 4 nights.

Thursday night is the first official night of the rally.
That is when the potluck will be.
Sorry for the confusion as I am showing up Wednesday evening and I have Wednesday stuck in my head.

I'd say bring your favorite covered dish hot or cold and it'll all work itself out!
This I know from doing a 300+ count attendance potluck in goshen!
